Being Afraid is a natural human phenomenon. Everybody is afraid of something, However; if this fear is a hinder for you to achieve whatever is your goal. So, how to analyze the things that you are afraid of?
If you are afraid of snakes, spiders or blood, this is a physical problem. By some workout you will learn to manage this kind of fear.
The fear that represents a potential problem is that psychological fear.
I will give an example to illustrate this:
Imagine someone that is afraid of leaving his parental home, his father's company to make his dream come true (that was once my own problem). That person is always fearing change and not trusting that they can make their dream come true. That person knows exactly that the wall standing between them and their real life is leaving their families (it has nothing to do with loving their own families). If you know what is standing between you and your dream, just go ahead face your fear and go kick some asses!
